ORDER INFORMATION

You can either select from our collection of banners and worship flags or
you may custom design your own.  You may choose fabrics, colors, size,
wording, fonts and themes.  If artwork is required, a fee of $60 per
hour will apply with a minimum charge of one hour.

Check out our Fabrics for Banners or Fabrics for Flags pages for our wide
variety of fabrics and colors to choose from.

Lead time is approximately 1-3 weeks from date of order if item is not in
stock.  We require a 50% deposit on orders that are custom or not in
stock.  The balance is due when your order is ready to ship.

To pay by credit card we will need your credit card number, expiration

Customer Satisfaction Policy:

All banners and flags are made to order.  Our policy is that if you place
your order per specifications of size, color and fabric before payment, that 
we will not be able to accept a return.  If, however, the product is damaged
in anyway, we will replace it at no cost to you.
 
If it is a custom banner or flag that was designed specifically for you and
cannot be used for another church or person then we will not be able to
accept a return.
